Ingredients

  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 8 oz deli turkey thinly sliced

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, cranberries, green onions, and garlic powder until evenly combined.
  2. Spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
  3. Arrange one-quarter of the turkey in an even layer over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly.
  5. Wrap each roll individually.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  7. Unwrap the rolls.
  8. Trim off the ends.
  9. Cut each roll into 1-inch slices.

Notes

For neat slices, chill the rolls for at least 1 hour before cutting. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended because the cream cheese may change texture. Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free option.
